Director of Policy and Planning at Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA)
Meena Gyawali is the Director of Policy and Planning at Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA). Prior to joining the CDFA Ms. Gyawali was a City Planner and a Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Manchester, NH, the largest city in New Hampshire. She has been very active in leading various projects pertaining to sustainability of communities, affordable housing, economic development, walkability, rails to trails and the arts. Ms. Gyawali earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She lives in Manchester with her husband and daughter and can be seen around town on her red moped.
