Program Coordinator, Community Health Improvement, Dartmouth-Hitchcock
Nicole LaBombard is a Program Coordinator for the Community Health Improvement team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. This teamworks with health care and community partners to improve the health of people and communities. She supports Partners for Community Wellness, a membership organization of citizen representatives in NH and VT who work with Dartmouth-Hitchcock to inspire and advance healthier communities through education, advocacy, and philanthropy. She is the Co-Chair of the Upper Valley Young Professionals and a volunteer at WISE, an Upper Valley crisis center and member of the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. Nicole graduated from Dartmouth in 2009 and lives in Lebanon, NH.
