Kelly Laflamme
Program Director at the Endowment for Health

Kelly A. Laflamme, MPA is a Program Director at the Endowment for Health, where she leads a Healthy Aging Initiative. She has partnered with many stakeholders to co-create the NH Alliance for Healthy Aging and the Tri-State Learning Collaborative on Aging for NH, ME & VT. Kelly is passionate about working with others to change how we think about aging and how we care for each other as we age.
She joined the Endowment in 2006, and led the foundation's work to address health disparities and advance health equity for a decade. She helped to launch the NH Health and Equity Partnership, and created the Endowment's multi-site, multi-year Immigrant Integration Initiative.
Previously, Kelly served as the Coordinator for the New Hampshire Child Advocacy Network (NH CAN), based at the Children's Alliance of New Hampshire. Before moving to New Hampshire, she worked for three years at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. While at Casey, Kelly launched a neighborhood grants program for East Baltimore and worked to strengthen the foundation's collaboration with neighborhood leaders.
Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Post-college, Kelly served as a full-time volunteer teacher in Greenville, MS and then as an AmeriCorps*VISTA in the South Bronx.
Originally from suburbia in Levittown, PA, Kelly enjoys small town life in Bow with her husband David and their children Luke and Molly. She relishes walks with their dog Tink, photographing nature and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles.
