Leadership New Hampshire (LNH), a premier program whose mission is to "build a community of informed leaders," announces its Class of 2011.  The new cohort of 38 Associates includes men and women from across New Hampshire who will participate in an intensive 10-month program.  These individuals were selected through a highly competitive process and will begin their unique educational journey this week with an opening retreat. The Leadership New Hampshire (LNH) Board of Directors announced the appointment of Dr. Stephen J. Reno as the next Executive Director of the organization.  Reno, a resident of Manchester, will begin serving in this capacity on July 1, 2010.  He stepped down as Chancellor of the University System of New Hampshire in 2009, a position he held since 2000. Laurie Ferguson, current class associate, was named one of NH's Outstanding Women in Business for 2010 by New Hampshire Business Review.  Ferguson is the Executive Director of NH Made, a nonprofit marketing organization for NH made products and services.  (February, 2010)

Dana Bisbee, ('04), current LNH Board member was named by NH Business Magazine as one of the top attorneys in the state.  Bisbee's focus is on environmental law.  (February, 2010)

Dori Ducharme, current class associate and LNH Board member was selected for NH's "40 Under 40", a program that recognizes the state's emerging leaders. (January, 2010)

Thomas Raffio ('97) was named "Citizen of the Year" by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce for his wide reaching contributions to Concord and New Hampshire over the past 15 years. (November, 2009)

Joshua Boynton ('09) is the author of "Making Mental Health Care a Priority" in the September issue of Business New Hampshire Magazine.  (September, 2009)

The Class of 2009 presented former Executive Director, Edda Cantor, with a check in the amount of $3,500 for the LNH Scholarship Program.  (June, 2009)
