E9-1-1 Field Representative at State of NH, Department of Safety
Jeannie Cadarette is an E9-1-1 Field Representative at NH Department of Safety, Division of Emergency Services and Communications. Jeannie has served with NH E9-1-1 since 2008, starting as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher/Telecommunicator in the call center. Through the years, she has had the privilege to help people in their time of need, to witness the evolution of emergency telecommunications, and to work alongside extraordinary individuals who display relentless dedication to protecting life and property. In her current role as a Field Representative, Jeannie provides support to communities in their efforts to create a safer, more reliable addressing schema, coordinates with the DESC GIS team to ensure the 9-1-1 call center has the most current and complete mapping data available, and oversees the production of detailed mapping products for local emergency service providers. Jeannie takes pride in conducting outreach to inform and educate the public and members of municipal government regarding the various facets of emergency communications and services that NH E9-1-1 provides. Jeannie currently holds an A.S. in Criminal Justice from NH Technical Institute, and is actively pursuing her B.A. in Management with a concentration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, Jeannie is recognized as a Certified Public Manager by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium and holds a Green Belt in Continuous Process Improvement from the NH Bureau of Education and Training. Jeannie lives in Lakeport, NH with her husband and daughter. In her spare time Jeannie prefers being outdoors; snowshoeing in the winter, exploring new hiking trails, and running with friends.
