Director of Pharmacy for System Oncology and Infusion at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health
David Crosby was named Director of Pharmacy for System Oncology and Infusion at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH) in March 2018, directing all pharmacy activities across the Norris Cotton Cancer Center and Medical Infusion sites at D-HH. He leads a department of 53 pharmacy employees with an annual operational budget of $70 million. In this role, Crosby is responsible for the leadership and management of the pharmacy departments at four Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC) locations, and assumes responsibility for the development and communication of departmental mission, vision, strategic objectives, and goals. He had previously served as the Associate Director of Pharmacy for Hematology/Oncology, Research, And Infusion Services from 2016-2018 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Prior to that, Crosby operated in leadership positions from 2012-2016at NCCC. Over the course of his leadership, with his collaborative interdisciplinary approach, he successfully developed guidelines and processes that resulted in an improved, consistent, and reliable infusion experience for patients. Crosby credits the pharmacy team for developing a culture of quality improvement at DHMC and NCCC, with an enduring drive to enhance the patient experience. He holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Connecticut, and is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist as well as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. He resides in Lebanon with his wife, Robyn and their two children, Dean and Isla where he serves as a volunteer for the Lebanon Youth Baseball Association.
