Jason Gregoire was raised in Auburn, New Hampshire. He attended Pinkerton Academy, Northeastern University, and Vermont Law School. Jason practices health care law at Sheehan Phinney in Manchester and is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Jason’s health care practice consists of advising providers of all types on regulatory, corporate, contracting, licensing, billing, reimbursement, risk management, privacy, employment, and patient care issues. Jason works with providers across the care continuum including, but not limited to, hospitals, community health centers, long-term care facilities, urgent care centers, continuing care retirement communities, substance use disorder treatment facilities, behavioral health providers, home health and hospice agencies, group practices, and other individual practitioners. Jason currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the NH Providers Association and the NH Long-Term Care Foundation. Jason frequently speaks to health care industry groups such as the NH Health Care Association, Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH, Bi-State Primary Care Association, Medical Group Management Association, and NH Providers Association. Jason lives in Exeter with his wife, Kiele, and three children. Jason enjoys hiking, surfing, fishing, mountain biking, playing guitar, and Crossfit.
