CFO at Concord Regional VNA
Geraldine Holmes, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Concord Regional VNA in Concord, the state's largest nonprofit home health and hospice agency. She oversees accounting operations that include financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system for accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets that enhance the accuracy of the agency's financial results. Geri also provides direct supervision of the billing, utilization review, payroll and accounting staff. Geri joined Concord Regional VNA in May 2016 as Controller until she was named the CFO in July 2017. Previously, Geri was employed at Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester for more than 16 years, where she was Finance Director and a lead in implementing their Customer Service program. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Concord Family YMCA and assists the Town of Candia Trustees with their Trust Fund records. Geri also serves on the Finance Committees for the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH, NH-Cares ACO, and NH Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Demonstration Project, a collaborative project with Concord Hospital and Riverbend Community Mental Health. Geri earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester. She also completed a Certificate in Business Analytics at HBX I Harvard Business School in November 2018. Geri is a member of the Home Health and Hospice Financial Managers Association and the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals for Business. Geri lives in Hooksett with her husband Kevin and their daughter Peyton. She enjoys spending her weekends with her family and dogs; Finley and Murphy. In the past, Geri has hosted exchange students from Germany and France and enjoyed introducing the students to everything NH.
