Director of NH Public Policy at Bi-State Primary Care Association
Kristine Stoddard is the Director of NH Public Policy for Bi-State Primary Care Association. In this role, Kristine directs public policy and advocacy efforts designed to expand access to health care services and support for New Hampshire’s community health centers, the Area Health Education Centers, the Community Health Action Network, and the North Country Health Consortium. Kristine works closely with Bi-State’s members, elected officials, health policy experts, and administrative agencies on policy issues facing NH’s medically underserved areas and populations, and low- and moderate-income residents. These issues include Medicaid, family planning services, oral health, primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, student loan repayment, and health care workforce initiatives. Kristine graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arizona. Kristine is a member of the Medical Care Advisory Committee, the NH Bar Association, the NH Women’s Bar Association, the Health Law Section of the NH Bar, and serves on the board of the NH Fiscal Policy Institute as the chair of its development committee. In her spare time, Kristine enjoys mountain biking, knitting, and spending time with her husband and two young children as they too grow to appreciate the beautiful Granite State.
